Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 28 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. The refundable amount decreases as the arrival date approaches, with specific percentages outlined for different time frames. Refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received

- Guests must provide valid identification upon visit.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their visit.
- Conduct that disturbs other guests may result in eviction without a refund.

- Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized guests are not allowed in the hostel rooms.
- Any form of harassment or misconduct will not be tolerated.

- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that occur on our premises.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
